Rental Info

The Site Fees for 2010 are $25 per 
person  

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the site fee is due at booking. The other half is due 2 weeks  prior to the event,

Maximum number of guests, 150.

 Peconic River Herb Farm supplies the venue which includes large  riverfront lawn areas,  parking areas ,electricity and  water for cleaning up.Glass greenhouse is available for smaller gatherings

The party  organizer is responsible for supplying a tent if needed, extra portable toilets, , food, music, garbage removal,party supplies,photographer,  flowers and anything else they need for their event.

 **Please note that our outdoor setting and retail nursery business means that rentals are available only for the months of June through Sept

Catering
